Back To The Cyphers ’23 – Pre Qualifier Cypher Germany

On the 10th of june 2023 Breakers from all over the world come together to compete at Back To The Cyphers ’23, world’s biggest breaking cypher. Together, we relive the history of HipHop and honor the HipHop roots by bridging the gap between the HipHop community and the broader society. Back to the days of legendary cyphers in the 1970s… Back to where it all began!

With this Cypher only battle concept and a huge amount of prize money it’s clear that ‘s-Hertogenbosch is the place to be on June 10th 2023!!

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙮𝙥𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙨
To enter any of the BTTC ‘23 Cyphers you need a Cypher Pass. You can buy a Single Cypher Pass for €7,50 to enter one of the qualifiers or you can buy a Master Cypher Pass for €12,50 with which you can enter all Cypher Qualifiers including the Final Cypher Qualifier on the 10th of june.

𝙋𝙧𝙚 𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙧𝙨 (𝘼𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙈𝙖𝙮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯)
There will be three Back To The Cyphers Pre qualifiers:
Germany: 28 April – Carl Sonnenschein Haus, Aachen (DE)
Netherlands: 13 may – Haags HipHop Centrum, The Hague (NL)
Belgium: 27 may – Together We Stand, Gent (BE)
During these qualifiers we will use the same systems as during the main event with adjusted prizes (Read more below).

𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙧
In the qualification round our DJ will spin the flyest music for two hours straight. From this two hour long Cypher session our judges will choose 10 breakers who will advance to the final round.

𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡
In the final Cypher the top 10 dancers have 15 minutes to prove themselves. Then our judges will choose the first dancer that doesn’t make the cut. He/she will have to leave the Cypher. After this, every x amount of minutes one breaker will leave The Final Cypher (9min, 8min, 7min, etc.) until just one Cypher Legend is left standing!

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙛𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧?
The honor of being named the ‘Cypher Legend of the day´, cash prizes and the chance to get an invite to Back To The Cyphers ’23 – World’s Biggest Breaking Cypher on June 10th.
Prizes:
1. 𝘾𝙮𝙥𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙇𝙚𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙙 €150,- + Travel (max €250,-) to & Hospitality (food, drinks & entrance) at the main event.
2. 𝘾𝙮𝙥𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙒𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙧 €100,- + Travel (max €50,-) to & entrance for the main event.
3. 𝘾𝙮𝙥𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙎𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙧 €50,- + Travel (max €50,-) to & entrance for the main event.

Important: Pre Qualifier winners all have to dance in the Final Qualifier Cypher on June 10th in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. As an invite you are our guest, for the rest you’ll have to fight it out on the floor!!
